Order Procedure

How to place an order

Ordering takes about a minute. You do not need an account.

1. Choose your product

Browse a category or use search, open the product page and pick the colour and size you want. The quantity field stops at the number we actually have in stock.

2. Add it to the cart

The cart drawer opens so you can check the item straight away. You can change the quantity or remove a line from the cart page.

3. Enter your delivery details

Give us your name, mobile number and a full address. Choose whether you are inside or outside Dhaka — that sets the delivery charge.

4. Confirm

Press Confirm order. You will get an invoice number on the confirmation page; keep it to track the order.

5. We call you

We ring the number you gave us to confirm the order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours the order is held.
