Return and exchange

Check at delivery

Please inspect the product in front of the rider. A wrong, damaged or clearly defective item can be refused on the spot at no cost to you.

Eligibility

Report a problem within 3 days of delivery with your invoice number. The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Not returnable

Attar and other fragrance items, innerwear, and products marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund is issued within 5 working days by the same method you paid, or as a bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free for the first exchange inside Dhaka; outside Dhaka you pay the return courier.
